On November 10, 2025, a seminar-training on the topic “Visual communication and the role of design in library marketing” was held at the National Library of Uzbekistan within the framework of the Young Librarians Forum.

The seminar-training aimed at developing the skills of young librarians to properly organize industry marketing and effectively convey information through modern design tools was led by Lola Shomonova, Head of the Information Resource Center of the University of Westminster in Tashkent.
It focused on the issues of forming visual communications in the library through marketing and increasing its attractiveness through modern design, keeping up with the times, and enabling young people to create new projects through various creative ideas.
A seminar-training on the topic “Towards high goals through solar intelligence” was held. During the training, participants got acquainted with the methods of creating posters, posters, visual content for social networks, presentations and booklets using the Canva program, an online design platform. They also organized the presentation of information in a modern and attractive form using Canva's artificial intelligence functions - Magic Write, Text to Image and Magic Edit.

During the seminar, participants were provided with information about the essence of artificial intelligence, types of integration and areas of application in practice. Practical instructions on the use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney or digital tools will also be provided.
